Présentation : CodeSecure 3.5.0 brings support for the commonly used Java framework Struts 1.x, along with a completely new way of managing and generating scan reports. In addition to this, scan performance has been greatly improved, many bugs have been fixed, and various smaller, but often requested features are introduced. Java Enhancements Struts is now supported. By reading the web configuration, i.e., web.xml, Struts configuration files are identified and the Action-mappings are treated as entry points. To set up a Struts-project, the language option Use Struts should be set to true and the Web Root set to the correct folder. Servlet Filters are now supported by searching for mappings in the web.xml. Report Generation and Enhancements A dynamic report generation system has been introduced in this version. With this system, the user can easily create and store multiple report configurations and can generate both PDF and HTML reports for each of these configurations. The reports can also be packed and exported as a zip-file. If the report results indicate that the configuration of the project might be incorrect, information on potential problems is displayed in the report along with tips on what settings to check. New and clearer presentation of certain kinds of code snippets applied. Administration and Monitoring The administrator can see the status of all accounts, and lock them if necessary. The scan logs have been streamlined to contain more precise data in order to minimize storage requirements. Visual Studio Integration Enhancements Resolved disconnected ongoing scan problem. Using local sanitization function is properly supported. Scan Performance Optimization Refactoring internal class hierarchy handling, concurrency extensions and database communication has greatly improved the speed of scanning large and resource consuming projects. Internal refactoring of the core engine has lead to improved scan time and reduced resource usage for some projects. SVN Repository Optimization Adding to the previously implemented support of SVN 1.5 and 1.6, CodeSecure now greatly increases the scan performance by retrieving the repositories from SVN onto the local disk before scanning. Web UI Enhancements If the scan results indicate that the configuration of the project might be incorrect, information on potential problems is displayed in the Last Scan page along with tips on what settings to check. The user is able to freely select any kind of ID for security definition rules. Localization Localized for Simplified Chinese.
