Présentation : Max Macrides, Political Warfare Consultant Max Macrides is a Political Warfare consultant and national security researcher from Boston, Massachusetts. He graduated from the Institute of World Politics in Washington D.C. with a Master of the Arts in National Security Affairs and specialized in Political Warfare and Public Diplomacy. He has consulted with international government officials, non-profits, and companies. He also researches and writes on information warfare theory, subversion, and network based social warfare. Freeing the Empire of the Mind Memetic Warfare and International Strategy Memetic warfare is a new method of strategic information warfare. It uses non-violent information based methods to alter a societal target s sense of what is politically acceptable, or even desirable. It will provide a low cost alternative to military power and be a powerful force to undermine adversarial actors in low-intensity conflicts that can last decades. When properly integrated with other aspects of international strategy, memetics are a powerful tool that will change the nature of international power.
