Comodo Brazil Hit with SQL Injection Attack Par Hack In The BoxLe [2011-05-26] à 01:23:21
Présentation : A subsidiary of security certificate authority ComodoBR www.comodobr.com has suffered a security breach in the form of an SQL injection, allowing hackers to access its private database. The attackers were able to breach the website of Comodo Brazil, stealing some sensitive information about its SSL certificate customers. The stolen information included certificate authority names, emails, faxes, phone numbers, order numbers, certificate requests, and private key file names, while the customer data included organization names, addresses, telephones, domain names, type of web servers, and serial numbers. Comodo president and CEO Melih Abdulhayoglu told The Register that the company's systems were never compromised, that no certificates were issued as a result of the breach, and that the Brazil reseller had no access to its databases.
