Présentation : My Security Engine screenshotThe My Security Engine virus is another scam software release from the badware crooks behind Security Guard and CleanUp Antivirus. It uses a Microsoft-y design to trick web users into thinking they're getting a cool security program, but it turns out to be nothing but a headache waiting to happen. Once installed, it immediately starts spamming you with My Security Engine pop-ups showing phony system scans warning of nonexistent viruses. Then, once it's scared you into thinking your computer could blow up any minute, it tries to wrangle you into paying for Ultimate protection, which doesn't actually do anything. If you have this fake antispyware, take a couple of headache pills and follow these steps to get rid of My Security Engine for free.
